Making a Claim


If you need to make a claim on your Travel Insurance policy, we will endeavor to make the process as easy as we can for you. We promise to deal with your claim quickly and fairly - Just follow our 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Have your policy number to hand (you'll find this at the top of your Policy Schedule)

Step 2: Call our claims department no later than 31 days after the event. The relevant claims department telephone number and opening hours can be found in the Policy Documents sent to you, copies of these documents can be found here.

Step 3: Let our friendly Claims team help you to make your claim.

Please note that if your claim relates to a medical condition, you will need to ask your GP to complete a medical section on your claims form. In common with most Travel Insurance policies, any costs charged by your GP for this service cannot unfortunately be claimed for.
